Kajima Head Office Building
The two wings of the original Kajima head office, the first of which was completed in 1968 and the second in 1971, were demolished to make way for the new Kajima Head Office Building, which is located immediately adjacent to the site of the former building.
Kajima Akasaka Annex
The Kajima Akasaka Annex was planned as part of a relocation of the head office of the general contractor Kajima Corporation. The design was conceived to be in harmony with the existing KI Building, with an exterior that integrates the lower office portion with the upper six floors of required residential units.
